How do you want your municipality/district/region to be like? Close your eyes and visualize it! Got it? What if we work so that residents can discuss it and make that vision happen?

Our municipalities, counties, regions, provinces… face challenges in terms of habitability, depopulation, ageing, lack of employment opportunities, climate change, digitalisation, accessibility, intelligence, sustainability and inclusion.

What do we offer?

Strategic and technical advice, knowledge transfer, design and support in planning, ideation, innovation processes.

Why us?

We are convinced that we have to question the inertia with which we are moving forward, stop (not too much) and reflect on how we want our territory to be in 5 or 10 years. This reflection has to be participatory, with the involvement of all the agents involved, and with knowledge. Any idea is welcome, but we must have the criteria to validate it according to the needs of the moment. We must be active listeners. Likewise, we must be brave when it comes to making decisions for the common good of our territory, our residents and our visitors. At IN2destination we contribute our knowledge and experience in projects with a holistic vision of the territory using innovative and participatory tools and methodologies.

How do we do it?

We have developed our own methodology that is structured in 4 phases:

Measuring

We make a diagnosis of the initial situation and discover the challenges facing the object of study.

Planning

We define the vision, the strategic objectives and the actions to achieve the objectives All of this, according to three indispensable principles: intelligent, sustainable and inclusive development. In this phase, participatory processes with stakeholders are key, nothing is defined unilaterally.

Implementing and training

We accompany the process of achieving the set objectives and work on training sessions or knowledge transfer to enhance the process.

Evaluating

We establish continuous evaluation indicators during the implementation process to detect deviations and barriers. In this way, we define the necessary actions to achieve the objectives set.
