Description of the Project

The Museum was in the midst of developing its strategic plan and counted on the in2destination team to elaborate a report that would help to characterize the current flow of visitors to the Museum and to characterize the potential demand that the Museum could attract based on the review of secondary data and official documents, focused on tourism studies, complemented with the data collected in the resource itself with respect to the characteristics of its flow.

This analysis was relevant in order to establish objectives that the Museum could achieve and identify improvement measures that needed to be implemented in the areas of action that were sensitive for the Museum.
