In this project we work with managers of tourism destinations and with companies that develop experiences for visitors.
Thus, numerous companies were supported to reflect on their most desired target audiences, how to reach them, what desires they have, needs, what preferences, so that before developing tourism products or experiences they have validated that this investment will have an answer.
We generated numerous participatory workshops so that the transfer of knowledge was Learning by Doing, thus favouring knowledge absorption.
This project included measurement, to know the supply and demand, especially from a sustainability approach.
