Project description
We have provided training and advice to evaluate business models for business developments in Chocó, Colombia, aimed partly at residents and partly at visitors.
Once the business models had been evaluated, we made a proposal of business models that were more appropriate to the target audiences and the capacities of the entrepreneurs and available resources, followed by the development of the business plan.
These actions were combined with training for the entrepreneurial team to increase its knowledge, to gain fluency and autonomy in marketing concepts, business model, business plan, since this is something alive that they have to advance and modify as time passes to always improve and innovate and never become obsolete as a business.
